Fabric Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that all fabric sales are final. Due to the nature of fabric products, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that you:

Ready to wear Products Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return and exchanges policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For COD(Cash On Delivery) Orders
- Refund will be provided as store credit only, After a deduction of a flat 100rs. as a return shipping charges.
- No cash or original-payment method refunds will be issued.
- Store credit is valid upto only 90 Days
- Return charges, handling or shipping fees (if any) may apply as per your operational costs.
For Prepaid Orders
- Refund will be made to the original payment source (e.g., credit card, bank account, UPI, etc.) after deducting of 100rs. as a return fees
NOTE: IN PREPAID OR COD ORDERS
Refund is processed within 10–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 will be deducted for returns.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Kindly allow 15-20 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your store Credit or bank account (depending upon COD/PREPAID orders) after receiving of a product.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

- The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
